She Was Raised by Her Mother
Yvonne De Carlo was born on September 1, 1922, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. She was named Margaret Yvonne Middleton after child film star, Baby Peggy. Yvonne’s mother was an aspiring actress who wanted to instill her love of the arts into her newborn daughter.
