Did you know that the average American household has 2.5 kids? And no that doesn’t mean that one of the children is half a child (averages, people!) It seems about right, especially in this era where it is so expensive to have kids! But today, we’re not talking about us regular folk. No, we’re talking about the not-so-regular folk – the kind that don’t have to think twice about the cost of having kids and how much of a dent it takes on your finances.
There are some famous families that go above-and-beyond when building their families. For many of us, we may know of a famous person, but that doesn’t mean that all of their brothers and sisters are famous, too.
Take Tori Spelling, for example…
After 10 years of marriage, Tori Spelling (who everyone knows from Beverly Hills: 90210) and her husband Dean McDermott just keep growing their family. They now have a total of five children. They are parents to Liam, 9, Stella, 8, Hattie, 5, Finn, 4, and their most recent addition is their son Beau Dean.
Tori Spelling told People, “We are over the moon in love with baby Beau. He is a true blessing and his brothers and sisters were overjoyed to meet him! We are all truly grateful for our big beautiful and healthy family.”
Fun fact: In the summer of 2019, Tori and Jennie Garth brought the 90210 crew back to reprise their roles from their hit show. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Spelling made $70,000 each episode, and an additional $15,000 as a co-creator with Jennie Garth.
You might know the guy as Robin in Batman Forever, Finn from Grey’s Anatomy, or Special Agent G. Callen on NCIS: Los Angeles. But he’s known as “dad” to his five kids: Lily, Christopher, Charles, Finley, and Maeve. Chris and his wife Caroline have five kids. The two met back in 1997.
O’Donnell was born in Winnetka, Illinois. He also comes from a big family as he is the youngest of seven children (four sisters and two brothers). Did you know that he’s German and Irish? Chris was raised Catholic family and went to Catholic schools. He later attended Boston College and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in marketing.
As you probably already know, Kris Jenner built a family with her ex-husband and attorney Robert Kardashian. Together, they had Kourtney, Kim, Khloé, and Robert. Then she went on to marry former Olympian Bruce Jenner (before he became Caitlyn), and continued on the K-train with more kids. They had daughters Kendall and Kylie.
And if you count Caitlyn’s four kids from previous marriages, that equals to 10 children in total for mom/step-mom Kris!
Fun fact: Jenner has a stack of non-disclosure agreement forms at the entrance of her house for when guests come. No one gets to visit without signing it! Not the most welcoming feeling, but hey, Kris Jenner doesn’t care about your feelings.
