Guinness World Records is full of records chronicling heavy lifts by men, women, and even children lifting all sorts of objects. But it’s usually with the hands. When it comes to the heaviest weight lifted using a human beard, Antanas Kontrimas of Lithuania holds that record.

In 2013, Kontrimas lifted 63.80 kg (140.7 lb) with his beard during the production of Rekorlar Dunyasi in Istanbul, Turkey. He managed to support a human weight using his beard! How unbelievable is that? It’s clear that this is one difficult record to set and beat!
