This dress, worn by Katy Perry for the 2010 Met Gala, is clearly an example of how dresses can look good in theory but can completely go bad in real life. Designed by Jeremy Scott, this dress reminds us of the chandeliers in most bungalows that are hung low. Whenever she walks, it must be hard to do it properly.
